Backups

Nightly backups are managed using high-capacity, high-speed storage devices. Tape libraries that utilize high-speed tape drives being managed by robotic arms that change and remove tapes guarantee the protection of your critical data. Backups are moved offsite to further protect the data against any possible disaster.

We run nightly backups of all data on our system, which are housed at our locations. To ensure you always have access to your data, we send you regular backups of all of your data on DVD. These backups will be in an industry-standard format that can be accessed from almost any Windows-based system.

Email

We provide access to any standard email platform through the use of the MS Outlook client software. As long as your email provider is MAPI- or POP-compliant, we will be able to provide seamless access to your email. We do not host mail ourselves, but through our partner relationships, we can provide email-hosting services at a minimal additional cost per mailbox.
