# IT On Demand

> IT On Demand is a cybersecurity governance firm serving New York's regulated financial services firms — RIAs, broker-dealers, insurance firms, legal and actuarial firms — building and maintaining the examination-ready evidence (policies, penetration tests, vendor risk assessments, incident response plans) that DFS, SEC, and ERISA examiners request by name.

IT On Demand is not an IT support / managed services provider. It does not manage systems or monitor dashboards. It owns the governance layer between a firm's IT provider and its compliance officer — the layer regulators actually examine. Founded by Howard Globus, former CIO/CISO at Allianz Risk Transfer ($2B AUM reinsurance firm), who managed DFS examinations from the inside.
